Choose the right OBD2 adapter for your phone.

Start with the radio your phone can use, then check the vehicle protocol and the manufacturer’s current documentation. These are direct manufacturer purchase links, not Axlyne endorsements.

A published transport match is not physical compatibility proof. Axlyne has not completed model-specific hardware certification for the adapters below. Each URL has no Axlyne affiliate tag.

Two official starting points

Manufacturer-listed radios that match Axlyne phone paths.

Match means the manufacturer publishes a transport Axlyne can use. Connection and available data still vary by phone, operating system, adapter firmware, vehicle, protocol, and what each control unit exposes.

Four checks before you spend.

01

Phone transport

For Axlyne, iPhone uses BLE or Wi-Fi. Android can use BLE, Bluetooth Classic, or Wi-Fi when the device and OS support that path.

02

Vehicle protocol

An OBD2 port or model-year rule does not guarantee that every generic PID, code state, or module is available.

03

Manufacturer details

Read the current protocol list, setup guide, power notes, firmware policy, warranty, and return terms on the manufacturer site.

04

Real validation

Keep the packaging until you prove connection, VIN context where available, supported code reads, and stable live-data behavior on your exact setup.

Learn the connection tradeoffs.

BLE, Bluetooth Classic, and Wi-Fi do not behave the same way on iPhone and Android. Read the transport guide before choosing hardware.
